Natty Greene's Pub & Brewing

House brewed beer is great. The food is excellent. I had a elm St sandwich steak and it was wonderful. Great atmosphere and beautiful staff! And patio!

I've had their beers many times since going to North Carolina, so I was really interested in seeing this brew house and how they run shop. It was quite nice and homey inside with a lot of space and room for large crowds. I dropped by on a Tuesday night after having dinner in the area and it wasn't too busy as it was a little late. They were just finishing up trivia night on the second floor and I believe this place is three stories high (I didn't go on all floors). The bartender was friendly and provided prompt attention. I didn't notice any elevators so Wheelchair accessible may not be available for the upper levels. Of course the beer was good and I do believe they have some cocktails available as well (unsure about wine though). They do have food here and it did look delicious. It was quite comfortable here, but I would be interested in seeing how this place does during a busy night/weekend. Cheers!

As is to be expected at a brew pub, the beer is the real star, and it was excellent. Food leans to standard pub fare, with some fun variations. No complaints about any of our food, though it didn't really wow me either. Service was great and very friendly.

Good service. Great food. Huge restaurant where you can grab a bite by yourself or bring your whole family. Play pool by the bar, or relax outside on the patio. Will visit again!

OMG the Philly Chicken Cheesesteak was outstanding. My son got a burger and said one of the best he's had. Great beer! They also make their own soda and it's fantastic!

Usually sloppy seconds is never good but I have to say giving Natty’s a second chance really paid off this time. They did a great job revamping this old bar. The food was a big step up and the service had a smile. Oh and they have pong!

It's easily forgettable food. Had the cajun fries and fish n chips. It was okay. Probably not going to go back.

My wife and I have been there a hand full of times since we've moved to the Greensboro area and I must say that this place is quite enjoyable. It can get a bit rowdy during game time but most places do. The staff are usually working very hard to maintain happy customers and the food is always good. I've tried multiple items on the menu and their quality stands high over a vast majority of meals. The beer, depending on what you prefer, is well described and quite distinct. Overall it's a very good experience.

Awesome little pub for some great local beers and ale. Great food to go along with it as well!

We enjoy this place. We like being able to come and sit outside and bring our dog. We have been a few times and the food is always very good. The kids meals are nice because they also provide a fresh veggie and dessert. My kids didnt like the dessert which was a small brownie bite. 4 star because service and be a hit or miss. Last time we were there the service was not good. Our waitress kept disappearing and we would have to ask other people.

I had gotten a turkey sandwich and my partner got a rueben sandwich - very very good! I am eager to try more of their food.

Nice place, but the staff needs to be more attentive. There was construction going on which didn't help sell it at the time. Have to try it again once they're done updating.

Like the outdoor patio on the side weather pending. Has two levels. Lower tends to be for dine in and the upper more for drinks. Can do both anywhere however. Full menu and I like their chili.Tend to like Natty brews so this hits it for me. Typical bar with some pool tables on upper level. Has TVs on both levels. Service is directly related to how busy it is but has generally been good.This is a great little hangout and I could spend hours here pissing the night away.

Had the best chicken philly I've ever had. Also had the sweet potato fries which were very good. Can't wait to go back

Great outdoor seating available in the heart of downtown Greensboro. Beer is excellent with multiple options to choose from. Food is your classic American bar food with things such as burgers, sandwiches and salads. Staff was friendly and attentive. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We were big fans of their beer, food and service. Last time we were there, they had the wrong price for one of their beers on the menu. When we made our waitress aware of the discrepancy between the listed price and our bill, she said: "Told my manager and he said the menus were not updated and that it was a higher price beer" so, I guess it was our mistake for not reading their minds? They should have honored the listed price, even grocery stores do that for goodness sakes! They got a few more dollars out of us that day, but how short sighted of them! when there's so much competition in The Triad. We will take our business elsewhere.

The server was very polite, and always kept our drinks filled. The food had some pretty cool twists on some already amazing classics. The wings could have used a pinch less rub, but the rub itself was perfect. The cajun fries were amazing, and I thought that using Catfish for the fish and chips was a bold and very very tasty move. My only real gripe is that the chips that came with it, some were soggy, but it was understandable and the fact that they were hand cut and house made, completely made up for it. Overall very delicious and everyone was very polite.

Enjoyed a work place celebration on the intimate 3rd floor level of of Natty Greene’s in Downtown Greensboro. The wings, shrimp & grits, Neese’s Sausage dip with pita bread and the vegetarian lasagna were all scrumptious. Add good company and thoughtful, attentive servers and you have a great Tuesday evening.

The meal was pretty awesome. I went during off peak hours, so I can't comment on the service during peak hours. Our service was good though. Will return for that tuna sandwich. It was amazing!

My friend and I had a great time here. Great atmosphere and staff. I enjoyed the dried rub and mild bbq wings. I will definitely visit Natty Greene's again.

We came here for an event they were doing with IMSA and got some dinner. We split 3 appetizers and they were fabulous. I highly-recommend the sausage dip, the nachos, and the loaded fries. The beer is good. They have a full-size shuffleboard table and will give you the pucks upon request. The upstairs is a really nice space as well. This is a very solid spot in downtown Greensboro.

Not impressed by new update. Seating was inconvenient for our group of 10 and wait was much longer than expected. Food absolutely amazing and so is the beer!

So sad when a local business like Natty Greene's lists one price on the menu, then charges a higher price on the bill. Notice $6 charge for brown Ale vs $5 menu price. After I alerted the waitress about the discrepancy, she came back a little later and told me she discussed the issue with her manager and told me he would resolve the situation by correcting the menus. So much for taking responsibility for your mistake and honoring advertised pricing.We have patronized NG in the past, but will be taking our future business to a more honest local establishment.

This place is amazing, it was recommended by an employee at cheesecakes by Alex! Im still pretty new to Greensboro so when I went downtown for cheesecake I asked where to get food and a beer from close by and he said Natty Greenes. The host let me sit at the bar but It was little strange to sit while they are apparently doing construction though. Food is kind of typical for a brewery but one of the other customers at the bar was talking about how they recently decided to renovate the brewery that's right in the restaurant! I love anyplace that is updating and expanding themselves!

The beer is good, almost nearly very good. The food was pretty good too, but portioned a bit smaller than i expected and the price belied. My main reason for rating lower than a 4 or 5 is the why behind the amount of time i had to wait. We were told itd be 25-30 min, that sucks, but ok. So while most people took their coaster-pagers and did other stuff other places, my wife and i sat by the doors, 8 feet from, and directly in front of, the hostesses. The short of it is that our pager didnt work and even after many attempts to page us (so we were told thereafter) the hostesses kept seating people behind us in line without saying anything to us or even asking us why we'd been sitting there so long. I cant remember exactly how long we sat there but it had to have been over 45min. So... How long do you have to sit in front of the hostesses before it dawns on them something is amiss? I dunno but the wait time and then the wait for the food/beer/server killed our whole evening.

After a day of hiking, this was fantastic. Ribeye Philly, cut fries and a stout!Good beer, lots of sandwich options. Rapid service. Upper level pool entertainment. Good setup.

Solid for social meets. Wouldn’t go for meal-focused evening but a quick bite while getting beers w friends on their patio.

This place deserves every bit of these 5 starts! I could say I've never had a good time here because I've always had a great time! Without a doubt the best place downtown Greensboro. The renovations looks great as well btw.

What I had was good but I wish there was more options for people with allergies. I ordered a burger and found of that all of the bread contained eggs, so my server got some lettuce leaves for me to use as a bun. Service was excellent though and I would come back.

When I take my mom and wife out they love it when we go here. A great dining experience every single time!

Micro brews I tried from here were great. Mt Mitchell IPA was my favorite. Honestly one of the best turkey sandwiches I've had.

Currently under renovation and smelt like a nail salon, hard to enjoy the scene. Will be much better when completed.

Stop #2 on a bar crawl. Had to sit downstairs at the bar instead of upstairs, but our bartender was awesome and never took long to help. Nice place and affordable craft beers.

Great pub food and drink. There are a variety of beers on tap for every palate. There are plenty of options for salads and sandwiches. I had the beef brisket version of a reuben that was delicious!

Yummy! I like the way they have revamped the menu. My only request would be more veggie sides instead of just fries and chips and one daily side. Atmosphere upstairs bar area is wonderful and we loved looking out over Elm Street.

Staff and drinks were good. We really liked the atmosphere.

Service was good. My "The Horseshoe" burger was good. I ordered medium and my colleague ordered well done. Mine burger was good even though it was more well done than medium.Her burger was medium rare, so she sent it back, they brought her another burger which was even more rare than the first. She was so disappointed, since she was looking forward to her lunch.Will definitely go back and hope that they will get the order right next time. Fortunately, she did not have to pay for it and server was very nice.

Beer is very good. Food is pretty good as well. Biggest problem is for a pub it has more of a dive bar atmosphere. If you go either sit up stairs or outside on the patio. Patio can't be beat in GSO.

Great food at reasonable prices and the drafts are diverse and equally priced, deals depending on the day are killer. Dark haired girl from the bar with the nose ring was great. Told me to have a good day, and I totally did.

Every time we come here we have a great time. The ambiance is great and exactly what you expect from a Pub and Brewery. For private events you can rent the third floor or come early and grab tables for your group on the second floor. Call ahead to give them a heads up so that they have enough staff. Food is average, beers are great; overall a great place to have a good time!
